Why Founders Lab exists
I've spent 17+ years working mostly with startups — as a Leadership & Organizational Transformation expert, consultant and mentor. Along the way I kept meeting the same thing: bright founders with real ideas, but no structured place to learn the practical parts of building a business — validation, funding, pitching, growth and scale.
Founders Lab is my answer to that gap: a practical learning platform for aspiring founders, early-stage entrepreneurs and innovators — built on real cases, practical frameworks and honest conversations about what actually works.
I also run an independent consulting practice at rohitghiyaconsulting.com, focused on leadership development, L&D strategy, organizational development and startup consulting — alongside being an author and mentor.
